1966 Stevens M416 Military Jeep Trailer

Military ¼ ton Jeep Trailer model M416 commonly used behind the M151 series Jeeps in the 1960’s. This one was made in 1966 by Stevens Mfg. Co. Uses 700x16 tires, these tires have full tread but are dry cracked. Empty weight is 570 pounds. 108.5 inches long 60.5 inches wide 42 inches tall Has hand brakes which are operable. Was used by U.S. Army until transferred to Forest Service about 1969. Aluminum top was added about 1994. It appears that the trailer was never used once the top was added. Just released by Forest Service this year. We used to sell lots of these, but these are the first I have seen available in years. $1650.
